LATAM Sales Manager LATAM

We are looking to hire a sales manager locally to develop the LATAM market in Broadcasting and Telecommunications, lead the sales and marketing expansion for ABV, and be responsible for direct business in the region.


  1. Challenge, coordinate and consolidate sales performance in LATAM market for the running years;
  2. Develop and maintain annual sales strategies and business plan;
  3. Make and analyze sales performance reporting to LATAM market, and recommend future products based on market trends and profit margin;
  4. Enhance networks to ABV expansion in the region;
  5. Work with staffs or contractors to develop necessary advertising, social media, and public relations activities;
  6. Report directly to Regional Director;



  1. Bachelor degree or above;
  2. 7 Years of sales experience in Broadcasting and Telecommunications. CAS experience will be a big plus!
  3. Spanish & English fluency in business communication is a must, both in writing, listening and speaking;
  4. Must be sales result and target driven;
  5. Good knowledge of Sales analysis / Sales forecasting / Sales negotiation;
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
